Are you concerned about your indoor air safety, either due to viruses or pollutants? There's a DIY solution called the Corsi-Rosenthal Box.
DSA’s EcoSocialist Mutual Aid crew will be organizing a Corsi-Rosenthal workshop where we will be building these air purification systems to distribute and help keep our homes and public spaces safe and our air clean.If you’d like to ‘claim’ one of the CR Boxes we build on that day, we are asking for a suggested donation of $100, which is far cheaper than most commercial air purifiers (which range up from about $150), and will get you much better results.
This $100 is slightly more than the cost of the materials, as they are also hoping to build some additional CR Boxes to provide to vulnerable people in our community at no cost through a collaboration with Mask Up PGH and other mutual aid networks. If you think that’s awesome and want to purchase one for yourself and one for those who need it in the community, $140 can cover the costs of 2 CR Boxes completely.
