Love Pittsburgh?  Love Local Food?

There are so many exciting local food happenings and this is a great time of year to slow down and savor the Winter offerings of local farms, food producers, wineries, breweries, bakeries, caterers, etc.  Farm to Table Pittsburgh has been putting together local food events since 2007.  Farm to Table’s Local Food Tastings give consumers the opportunity toexperience first-hand the quality and diversity of locally grown, produced and prepared food.  The atmosphere is relaxing: music and local food conversation abounds!  The Farm to Table motto is Keep it Real, Keep it Local.  Over 65 local food vendors will be on hand to offer samples and to talk about their unique products. 

4-7 p.m. at the Pittsburgh Public Market.  Advance tickets are $25 for adults, $10 for kids 2-12.  Schedule of demonstrations, exhibitor list, and online registration here.
